Frost Training & Consulting, LLC offers OSHA-compliant training, written programs and compliance.  Founded by Billy Frost, a former S.C. OSHA Trainer, and has operated a consulting company since 2006 primarily for public utility organizations.  Frost Training & Consulting has alliances with state-wide organizations such as the Municipal Association of S.C., S.C. Association of Counties, Water Environment Association of South Carolina, and Clemson University’s LTAP program.

Frost Training & Consulting’s familiarity with the Water & Sewer industry along with Billy’s background with S.C. OSHA and training adults allows us to best serve clients.  This allows them time to prevent issues from becoming OSHA Citations while focusing on the safety of all employees.  That vision is carried on by his son, William Frost, who continues his Father’s work today.  William was personally trained by his Father, benefiting from his extensive knowledge of safety, hazards, and adult education techniques.
